Facility Fees

Ballroom (2nd Floor)             $1,850.00

Downstairs (1st Floor)           $1,400.00

Downstairs front rooms           $ 400.00

Downstairs front & middle      $ 900.00

Entire Facility (both floors)   $3,000.00

The above rates are for use of the facility on the day of your event for 10 hours. (If a ceremony and reception are taking place, the venue will be available for 12 hours.)

These rates are set through 2016 and include set up according to the agreement and general clean up. The use of any tables and chairs belonging to Storycook Favorites is also included.

Scheduling Events & Reserving Dates

Once a client has contacted the BB Club about an event, the date will be held for 14 days. After that time a $500 deposit must be paid. This deposit is nonrefundable if the event is cancelled. The deposit is for one date only and can not be transferred.

An event is not confirmed or a date reserved until STORYCOOK receives the $500 deposit.
